Because many of our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production and shipping partners, please review the details below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Time Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
United States: 5–10 business days after processing
Canada: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.
Many of our pieces are made specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and operate more sustainably. Because of this, orders cannot be modified once production has started.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on the website.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately depending on fulfillment location. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Surrender Activewear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
